What we process
Uploaded media files are processed to generate transcripts, summaries, and export files. Access is scoped to your tenant context.
Retention controls
You can configure auto-delete retention (2/24/72 hours) and manually purge content per task. After purge, content cannot be recovered.
Model training
Customer files should not be used for model training. If you connect an external LLM provider for summaries, their terms and data policies apply.
